This week I travel up to the Midlands once again to chat with English International Craig Barr. He talks about his Fly business, Flash Attack which he has been running for over 20 years. He also tells us how his season has been this year, best methods which have brought him success at his local lake, Rutland Water. Plus tells of his goals for next year as a coach for the English Youth team.
This week's episode I travel up to Clywedog to chat with two of the most consistent and in form competition anglers in recent seasons Russ Owen and Gareth Dixon.
Even though the season has ended and doors closed for anglers at Clywedog I meet up with them at the lakeside lodge to record this episode.
We talk about the past season at this premier venue and what to expect next season. We also chat about their competition success this year including winning the Airflo Open and Scierra Pairs.

This weeks episode I chat once again with Sean Thomas, one of the most talented fly tyers in the country. I join him on the river Rhymney in South Wales. We chat about our day together and although fishing all day with leaky waders he manages to catch a specimen grayling. He also touches on his fly tying and of his invitation to tie at the BFFI show next year.
This week I travel down to Hampshire to chat with Peter Cockwill at his home at Dever Springs. He has been an angling journalist for over 30 years and has many notable achievements to his name including catching the first UK 20lb rainbow trout, a 70lb King Salmon on a fly, plus a 5lb Arctic Grayling caught in Alaska. He also talks of his new book ‘Fly fishing trout in the small waters’.

For me tho, I never had the passion or urge to catch them so thought it's about time I chatted with someone to see what is the attraction. I chat with one of the most successful river international anglers in the country, Terry Bromwell. He gives methods, flies, tackle, tips and advice on how to catch them for anyone interested in fishing for then in the coming cold winter months ahead.

He is fishery manager of Golden Grove and has a real passion for sea trout since a young boy. He tells of the many stories and experiences as a ghillie on the river. This weeks episode I chat once more with Explorer and BBC Presenter, Will Millard. He tells us the story of the ferox trout he caught in Scotland only last week. Also chats about behind the scenes while filming two documentaries 'A year with the tribe' and 'Hunters of the South Seas' plus some powerful words of how fishing helped him through some dark times when he suffered with PTSD.
