He fishes most days throughout the season and loves fishing dries, whether its buzzer time, olives, mayfly or sedges. He has had great success over the years catching fish between 4 to 7lb most seasons. He also talks of his timber boat which is his pride and joy.

It is plain to see he has a passion for Bass and fishes the eastuary near his home and along the Copper Coast. He also talks of the occasional trip up to Corrib and the enjoyment he gets fishing with good friends.

Even tho he is no longer tying commercially, he still enjoys taking part in angling shows around the country. He also tells us how it all started for him while fishing as a small boy on the upper reaches of the Taff near his home in Merthyr.
