Hi guys, I've had a few requests lately from new patrons of the channel asking for more ferox content. So this week's episode I tell the story of a special day back in 2006 where I get 5 ferox in one day up to 12lb while fishing Corrib. Plus at the end of the day as nightime came I had an unexpected take. Day's like this don't come around that often.

This week’s episode I chat with Lough Corrib expert Ted Wherry. I meet up with him for a few hours as he takes me out on his boat. The fishing was tough with only a few Mayfly coming off but managed to get a few fish. We fish around Ballynanty Bay and surrounding islands and talks of the drifts, the ECA and some funny stories thrown in.

This week I had an amazing few days on the Corrib at Portacarron Bay. I talk of my experience, the conditions, tactics and flies used. I caught all my fish on a fly given to me by professional tyer Jimmy Tyrrell, a deadly detached body mayfly. All fish were from 2.5lb to just under 6lb. Enjoy!
